Wellness Exam

Taking an active role in your pet's health begins with routine exams. Wellness exams are an assessment of your pet's health. During a wellness exam your pet will receive a head to tail exam. It is important to discuss any changes your pet may have, such as behavioral, appetite, or attitude at the time of visit, as this can give insight for the veterinarian about your pet's individual needs. Bloodwork is another annual testing that should be done. Routine bloodwork testing gives a baseline of your pet's health to indicate if there are any changes. Bloodwork is important as it may show early signs of some diseases.
